Got a call by a local hiring manager to schedule an in person interview. All behavioral "Why do you want to work at speedway?" and about my college and major. Afterwards was told to wait two days for result.

Interview
I went in for a quick interview. It was a straightforward process and was easy. Was offered a position on the spot. Easy place to apply to! I would recommend applying there.
