I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online on their outdated website, received an interview session invite in the city requested a few days later, went to interview that had about 70 people or so, showed trashy company presentation (using many swear words), gave people who were no longer interested the chance to leave during a 10 minute break and instructed people to split up based on color coded name tags given at check in to separate rooms in the hotel area, go into rooms with tables set up with about 8 seats per table, recruiters come in (lead flight attendants/management), they tell everyone to go in the front of the room one by one to pull a random question out of a basket about irrelevant job related stuff (what kind of party would you have if you had to pick a theme?), after everyone does that step, they have a mini break and come back to make cuts, I didn't get past that portion so Idk what happens next.

I applied online. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Interview
Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
he airline’s flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment day involving group exercises and role-play scenarios. Successful candidates then proceed to a 1-on-1 interview, where their communication and customer service skills are evaluated. The next stage is a uniform check to ensure professional appearance, followed by a final review. Those who pass all stages receive a training offer before starting their career. The process assesses teamwork, adaptability, and service excellence
