Interview
Very straight forward & easy interview. A few questions were asked regarding experience and resume. Then I was asked to read script, which went well. Flexibility is needed to work there so if you have other obligations it probably won't work.
Interview process over Zoom - 3 rounds with 3 different people. Fair questions, tried to engage in conversation but the interviewers were all business. Asked about how I deal with angry customers, since I think they have quite a few of those kinds of calls. Told them I'd been in similar environments, so no problem, pretty good at diffusing situations.

Interview Process was easy. Interviewer was very nice. Was ask about my experience. She explained the job duties. Ask did i have any problem started at 3am and sometimes leaving really late. Did i have a problem wearing makeup?
