Splunk Analyst interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to set up time for a first round phone screen. I replied with my availability right away and never heard back. I followed up twice and it has now been two weeks with no response. If they went in a different direction candidate-wise, I would have appreciated being told such, rather than just never getting a reply, rejection, automated response, etc.

The interviewers are very patient and interactive. Very nice experience. The interview was not difficult because they said they understand you are still a student and you are here to learn. The entire interview process gives me a very good impression. Yet their processing time takes very long and I have not yet received a response for two weeks.
