Splunk Business Process Lead interview questions

Absolute Joke. I got an email that they wanted to me forward, which was great and then things moved quickly to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The actual interview was fine - hiring manager was courteous and the conversation was good. The recruiter was an absolute joke. No call before the interview to give me an overview of the role, no call after the interview to provide feedback or even a yes or no answer. The interviewer told me they'd follow-up in a couple weeks - it's been four and my two emails to the recruiter have gone unanswered. Not even mad about the position, but the unprofessionalism of the recruiting process here is the joke. What a disaster.
