Splunk Deal Desk Manager interview questions

Started informally via networking. Formal interview began with HR screening. HR recruiter was a superb salesperson for the company and asked probing questions of me. Promptly scheduled the next interview with the hiring manager. That was a free-flowing interview with the questions (from both of us) driven by the conversation rather than from a list. That was refreshing.
