Splunk Inside Sales Representative interview questions

Recruiter found me via LinkedIn, connected me with an internal application link. Interview with hiring manager was scheduled right away. Day before the interview, it was rescheduled. On the rescheduled interview the manager showed up 4 minutes late and did not apologize for being late or for rescheduling. She was unprepared, pulled up my resume while taking to me, and very obviously had not looked at it prior. I felt she was uninterested. I was overqualified for this role- several years experience in Saas and PaaS- top sales performer at a fortune 500 company- but looking to take a step down because my previous role had so much traveling, and we had started a family. She continued to ask me questions about my kids age....questioning if I could do the role and transition with them....how unprofessional. I dodged a bullet here not joining this team in the Dallas, TX hub. Great product, not so great experience. What I don't understand is, if you aren't interested (and it is ok to be that), then don't waste and interviewees time. Interviews are a two way street.

First on-site interview took a little over an hour. Met with the Recruiter, who would be my direct Manager, two team members of that Manager, and the Head of HR. Did a lot of the normal interview questions in discussing the role, telling them about my previous experience, expectations of the job. However a nice curve ball was pitching Splunk to them in a sales scenario!
