I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Splunk (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied in January. Got an email from a recruiter for a technical phone screen in the early Feb. It was a 45 minutes call with the Hiring Manager.I was asked few questions about my resume and one question to code. I completed it correctly and the interviewer herself said I might get onsite call. However two weeks passed and I never got a reply from them . No response to the follow up mail as well. Got a reject after 3 weeks . I can understand the interview process takes time but the recruiter should have the courtesy of atleast informing the candidate of the status and respond to the follow up emails instead of letting the candidate hanging. I have heard the company is good anyway,

Horrible. Rude. They were awful. Stay away. I never would recommend to even my worst enemy on this planet. What a terrible interviewer. Beware. They already picked someone. I am glad I dodged a bullet here.
