      Senior Analyst Interview

      Oct 18, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Splunk (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2017

      Interview

Two telephonic rounds. Both were a mix of behavioral and technical acumen. Technical was more into the skill set assessment and how you utilize that in the current role. The overall discussion was layered and not that difficult. The only misleading point was during rejection, I was being told that they want a senior in the role. The work ex is something which could have be easily judged by the resume, I had a feeling prioritizes were mixed and subjective to the interviewer. Left with an absurd experience

Step 4: I feel scared and not to work .. Step 5: No job offer( good for me) but recruiter will vanish with no feedback.. looks like they are filling from internal and external candidates are namesake to show maybe the immigration that they interviewed someone!!! This practice they have done to my friend and brother for 2 times....wasting everyone time!! wheneever they need to hire, they call my friend or brother for namesake interview!!
