I have only had a screening call and one hiring manager interview, but everyone has been very professional and everyone has been open and honest long the way. I look forward to a follow-up call and eventually an offer.

Tell me about the transition from your technical role to your sales role.
Interview process included a recruiter call, a call with the hiring manager, a call with another senior leader, a call with another team member. Overall it was a positive process
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Splunk (Zürich)
Interview
It took more than 3 month for them to come to a decision. The Panel Interview was extremely difficult to be successful in. The interviewers weren't cooperative. The upfront briefing didn't match the expectations and feedback.
Internal recruiter reached out to set up time for intro call but did not respond after sending availability multiple times. Unsure if it was a mistake or not to send out interview request, but either way no response back.
