Interview
Had the HR interview call. Went really well. The HR mentioned about taking my application to the hiring manager and will schedule a call with the manager.
After that no revert from the HR. I reached out twice asking to know the status the of this position and if am still being considered. No response to that as well. They have a good product - but recruiting seems to be mess.
Interview process included a recruiter call, a call with the hiring manager, a call with another senior leader, a call with another team member. Overall it was a positive process

Interview
It took more than 3 month for them to come to a decision. The Panel Interview was extremely difficult to be successful in. The interviewers weren't cooperative. The upfront briefing didn't match the expectations and feedback.
Internal recruiter reached out to set up time for intro call but did not respond after sending availability multiple times. Unsure if it was a mistake or not to send out interview request, but either way no response back.
