Very chaotic process, people internally don't seem to talk to each other. HR is broken. Several changes to schedule, recruiter says something, person calling to schedule interview says something else. Very confusing.

The interviewer did not turn up until 20 minutes into the interview. The first thing said was, "Umm, you know I am late?" I suppose they need a chase-up. It is a smack in the face; I spent time getting prepared for the call.
