It was an on-demand recorded interview consisting of 4-5 open behavioural questions and one technical assignment. In behavioural questions you had 3 attempts and for technical assignment you had around 1 hour to finish (also recorded)

Question 1
Technical assignment covering on array traversal, sorting array
On demand interview on a platform, HireVue. It took approximately 45 minutes. You also need a desktop or a laptop for this interview because there will be a coding challenge
My first interview was during the Grace Hopper Conference. Afterward, I had multiple 1:1 behavioral virtual interviews. After all the 1:1s, I never heard back from Splunk so I was disappointed at the time since I spent so much time towards interviewing.
