I Interviewed at Splunk in May 2025. The process totally consisted of 5 rounds. The first round was a code review round via codility where some code snippets were given. If you cleared this, the recruiter called to setup an interview round which was a short round to know about the role. Then, there were three more interview rounds scheduled as loop interviews which were conducted as one interview each day. The three interviews consisted of questions related to technical aspects of the role and also behavioral and cultural questions as well. After completion of all the rounds, there was no communication from the hiring team. I tried calling and mailing the hiring team regarding the decision of my interview but there was no response even after multiple follow ups. I would recommend the company to rethink and maybe hire better recruiting people in the company. As candidates when we give several rounds of interview, we at least deserve to know the outcome and feedback as we give a lot of time in the process. very bad experience. If you are applying to splunk, just be ready for ghosting doesn’t matter how many rounds you have given.
