Splunk Marketing Director interview questions

Poorly structured, unprepared interviewers. Not sure why they were asked to do the interview when they were so unprepared and unengaged. For a senior role the hiring manager should be the first interview, so very strange and poorly aligned process from splunk. Hopefully they get better under the ownership of a Cisco.
