Extremely negative experience.
That was probably the most chaotic and confusing hiring process I've ever seen: a lot of different recruiters might be driving the process without being aware of its state, which is pretty funny considering that Splunk itself is a distributed system.
A technical interview may eventually be scheduled, but only after the office hours when the candidate has already given their best and is mentally with family or friends.
The technical screening process itself is okay and has the commonly used structure, but if the company aims to hire employees in a different time zone, then it may be worth paying attention to the moments such as a difference between time zones.
The most negative point is the absence of any feedback from Splunk over the next weeks, which, in my opinion, in 2021 can be considered not very professional.
