Spoiler Alert Software Engineer interview questions

Spoke over the phone with the chief of staff, then was sent an easy assessment to complete. I completed it the next day (on a weekend), was rejected almost immediately at the beginning of the next week. The assessment was easy, and it produced the exact results expected. So I'm a bit befuddled as to why I was rejected so quickly (without explanation). I'm not sure why they contacted me honestly. Hopefully it wasn't an interview/diversity quota.
