Interview
Process started with a phone interview with the HR manager that was pretty standard. One week went by and an onsite interview was set up with the HR manager and the VP of Human Capital. Pretty standard interview as well. Another week went by I was contacted for an onsite job shadow which consisted of working with an existing employee while he worked for about an hour followed by another sit down interview with the department manager. Fairly open discussion with this one as opposed to a more formal interview. Got a call back about another week later with an offer. Great people and an enjoyable experience regardless of the outcome. Great office space as well.

Interview
I had a virtual interview on the teams application. He seemed like he didn't want to speak with me and I found him very disrespectful. He was actually kind of combative in the interview. He also laid back in his chair, had his feet on his desk, and looked like he was texting on his phone. Honestly, the worst interview I've ever had. Sad thing is that he wanted to make me an offer. Can't imagine how he treats people who he doesn't want to make an offer to.
