Multiple recruiters reached out to me about the same role. They stopped responding multiple times. If you are not interested in hiring someone just tell them instead of being unresponsive, especially during Covid when there are so many unemployed people. It seems no one wants to take responsibility. I have heard the same experience from multiple friends as well.
