The process took ages. I don’’t think there is a predetermined criteria for selections.
After two phone interviews and personality test + reasoning test, despite having top scores from each, despite talking with a candidate with a proven track record, they suspended the communication. I kindly sent several inquiry emails to the HR team. They first didn’t return at all. After my fifth email in 40 days,they responded with a generic email, saying that they receive excessively many applications and claimed they had to proceed with another candidate. Selecting another candidate is possible but HR’s reckless attitude is unacceptable. Not to mention, the company posted the exact same job opening the next day!
They simply think that they can hire anyone with their overrated reputation.
I don’t recommend anyone to waste time with their process. Trust comes first in every relationship and they didn’t build any within the interview process.
