I got ghosted. Applied on the career site. Heard back in about 3 days. Recruiter was super unresponsive and on the day of my interview he cancelled 5 minutes before our allotted time. After playing email tag for about a week, finally got an interview. He mentioned he really liked me and would like to move me to the next round, but I haven’t heard back since. Followed up twice (after 24 hours and after 14 days) but never heard back
