Spotify Manager Level Role interview questions

Quite a few stages to the process - starting out with an online assessment, HR interview and then hiring manager interview. I was unsuccessful in the process and was offered feedback by the HR colleague handling my application. I quested this feedback three times and was ignored each time - this wasn't handled well and I wouldn't apply to the company in future.
