Sprout Social Engineering Manager interview questions

Half hour call with recruiter, very positive and assured my next interview will be within a week, then completely ghosted. 3 months later they reach out to me again for the same role, half hour call with recruiter, positive again with a description of what interview to expect next - receive email in a few days that they're restructuring and the role no longer exists. Much improved recruiter, but still not a serious company. Would not recommend wasting your time
