While I have the pleasure of saying I enjoyed the conversations, it's quickly followed by the smoke and mirrors of Corporate America where "feedback" is just a yes or no from the recruiter and the Hiring manager has no obligation to follow through with actual recommendations of how someone could become fit for the role.
