Sprout Social Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

Amazing interview process- they stood out among all the others. They took time to get to know me as a person and make sure that I understood the importance of culture at the company. Everyone was kind, professional, are prepared. Amazing experience!

Overall a very positive experience. First interview was with Michelle, the recruitment partner. Second interview with Marie, head of business development (emea & apac) Third interview was a panel interview whereby you'll have to prepare a presentation deck. Panel consisted of Jack (Senior Account Executive), Amrita (General Manager APAC), Marie (Head of Business Development) and Celine (Account Executive) At each step along the way, I was given sufficient time to prepare and it was clearly outlined to me what was expected or needed at each interview too. Everyone was friendly and professional, I really enjoyed the interactions with each and every person that I had a chance to speak to, and I really appreciate the open and honest feedback that was given to me and the end of every session as well. Though I was not given an offer, I was offered a chance to have a last phone call with Michelle for her to give me feedback with regards to the overall process, which I thought was a great way to wrap things up!
