Sprout Social Recruiter interview questions

My initial phone screen with a recruiter was average/slightly difficult. The questions were heavily metrics-focused and were sometimes challenging, but fair. I received a good amount of info about the company, its growth, and goals. I received a candidacy update within a few business days.
