Sprout Social Senior Backend Engineer interview questions

Applied online, had a 15 minutes call with a junior recruiter who was reading from a script, and obviously didn't know anything about the role. After 7 minutes, I was wondering when, just when, she would stop. I told her I knew the company, I presented it to her and yet she felt compelled to read the script and repeat everything I just said. I think I dodged one when 20 hours later, I received an email that informed me that "the team was very impressed with my background but had to make the difficult decision yada, yada".
