Sprout Social Software Developer interview questions

Recruiters setting up the interviews but not showing up during the interview times. No calls and no communication. Very unprofessional and unethical, please don't waste your time on them. Company culture symptoms.

The interview process is composed of a Technical Screening followed by Take home and a combo of behavioral and technical. Interviewer was a few minutes late and on top we had issues getting audio to work for him so we spent between 5 to 10 minutes on trying to troubleshoot as there was no way to test audio and video through HackerRank Live. After we decided to call each other and I went through the Technical Screening and was able to answer all the interviewer's questions which he reacted positively to each of my answers. Finished the coding question within 10 minutes and was able to explain my process which the interviewer thanked me for explaining during coding and for providing a good explanation as well as confirmed the approach was good and correct. Got an email the following week stating that they are not going to move forward with me and the feedback that follows was to work on my fundamentals on the technical portion? Seemed like generic feedback and it seems as they either did not wish to disclose the real reason or did not want to ask the interviewer.
