I first had a phone interview with the department manager and another member of the team within a week of applying. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the role, share some of my experience and gain an understanding of St. Jude's priorities. About two weeks later I was contacted by HR to schedule an onsite interview. The onsite was with the manager and same team member as the phone interview and followed a standard behavioral interview format with time to address any questions I might have. Overall it was a very positive experience.
