I found the process to be very efficient. I was initially contacted for a phone screen within 3 weeks of submitting my online application. The onsite interview followed approximately 1 week later and an offer of employment came approximately 10 days later. The Talent Acquisition/Human Resources team was both welcoming and responsive throughout the selection and onboarding process.
