Very unprofessional setting - Interviews held by (old and senior individuals not upgraded their skills needed for their jobs) and their unqualified employees to intimidate you at the interview with the support of hospital management team and HR gang....every where the motto is "Stjude way" (looks like corruption and illegal method is the motto) and one of them will make sure you get the message, if you're smart enough to feel it. Otherwise, you'll be a victim in the long run.

It depends - IT department and HR department don't value quality, education, experience, or respect your view being a professional - because those individuals are right hands of the management team and party goers.
Sorry to see that you had a negative experience but glad that you still accepted the position. I hope that your understanding of the management teams in IT have changed since coming onboard. Also, not sure who your recruiter was because no recruiters have left our HR in the last couple years. Thanks for your review.
