Firstly, I was prompted to complete an online video screening where I was recorded answering interview questions. After the initial online video screening, I was prompted to complete an in-person interview that was 3 hours long. The first hour and a half was with supervisors and the head veterinarian that was more formal, the second hour and a half was with other veterinary technicians that was more informal and asking alot of questions. The last few minutes I received a tour of the animal care building where the veterinary technicians worked.
