I applied online. Got set up with an interview, set up with an orientation. I got hired and started about 2 days later. After i finished the orientation, i was given a ua, i passed it, and then i was given a background check, i also passed that. and reported to work 2 days later

straight forward interview and nothing you need to be super nervous about. This agency WANTS to get you a job they only care about if the hours work for you and if they do then you have a job but if they don't then looks like you have to apply to more companies.

the interview was brief,at that time it was a group interview. it went well. We had to learn the policy of the job and the policy on the assignments that we will be assign to working at, on the job site. we went over the drug and harassment policies.
