I applied for this position online on January 22. The company responded quickly, and I had my first interview with HR on January 27, followed by a second interview with the manager on January 29. On February 4, they scheduled another interview with the HR Manager. I assumed this would be about the next steps, but instead, she repeated the same questions from the previous interviews. This was unexpected and felt quite strange.
After that interview, communication completely stopped. I followed up on February 11, emailing all three interviewers, but received no response. I sent another follow-up on February 19, but again, no reply.
It’s frustrating that a company like this treats candidates with such disregard. A simple response—whether positive or negative—would have been the professional and respectful thing to do. Instead, they left me waiting with no clear answer, which is both disappointing and unprofessional.
