It was a group panel interview for the first round. For the second round, it was an individual panel interview with a specific unit. It was about an hour for each interview.

The interview process was with the managers of each of the floors that had availability. It was a panel interview style and there were three other interviewees on the interview as well.
Zoom panel interview, with four questions per interviewee. There were the same questions for each person, so listen closely in the first round. Topic categories were teamwork, compassion, problem-solving, and patient advocacy. Also a introduction asking about you and why this institution is a good fit.
