I don't really remember the interview -- it was brief. I met with a couple people in the lab and they asked about my experience and interests. Most people at Stanford get hired because they know someone or go to school there. That was my experience.

1st Round. General Coffee chat
2nd Round. Interview with my past experiences and community skills
3rd Round. They gave me a small assignment and rejected me after this (they told me that I was selected 10 ppl)
Had an interview with a professor and it was smooth and friendly. He was very kind and we had talked about the research. I thought it went well and the questions about the research were not that strict.
