The in-person interview including a writing test and a role-playing test. They wanted to test my ability to write professionally and my interpersonal skills.

Applied online, then a brief phone interview, then an in-person interview with a skills test at the end of the interview. It was a very pleasant experience, and I am so excited to be joining the University! It may feel intimidating because of the notoriety of the school, but they really do want you to succeed

There were two in-person interviews, which was scheduled approximately two weeks apart. The first interview consisted of one person, the manager and the second interview, was a panel of two. The process took about 2 1/2 months since applying online (~1 1/2 month for them to reach out, then scheduled interviews). The interviews were formal but friendly and was insightful.
