The interview process is meeting with the Alternate Format Production Facility Manager and answering various questions pertaining to job skills and familiarity with the various, relevant technologies available to the field. Interviewee is then given a tour of what the alternate format production facility looks like and introduced to the senior members of the facility. Hiring process is handled by a different employee/department and that is all handled and updated via e-mail.
