There was a phone interview followed up by a manager interview and then a team interview. The team interview was in person with 2 team managers. There was a recruiter that was in a different state that followed me through the whole process. I spoke to 4 different managers in total, plus the recruiter.

They asked about my sales goals and quota attainment in previous roles.
The interview for the customer support position at Staples was straightforward and professional. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience and how I handle difficult customers and multitasking. It was conversational and focused on real customer support scenarios.

How would you handle an upset or frustrated customer?
Very fair process. They ask routine questions and have a multi step interview process. Everyone is met with was awesome. Definitely need to show up prepared and ask engaging questions
It is quite difficult to get in the job. Solid experiences are required. More asking on enterprise-level tasks, and heavy daily duty required. I do recommend to try this positon if available,
