Phone interview, interview with HR, interview with DM, background check, offer. Once offer made very fast turn around with slow background check. DM and HR doubled on interview. Very unusual process. Negotiated salary with HR not DM. Interview had all behavioral based questions as well as profit questions. Come prepared with what you did and how it worked out.

Tell me about a time when you had to counsel an associate
The interview process was very easy. It was only a 1 part interview, no second one required. I was only asked about 5 questions and then was told about how the job actually is.
Needed to wait 30 minutes for interviewer to be ready, but after it went smooth and easy. Asked about background and some general retail experience questions. Overall a good experience.
Remote interview via Microsoft Teams, with District Manager, Regional Manager and Human Resource Manager. Regional Manager does another one on one to offer position. Then you will work with HR throughout onboarding until officially hired.
