I asked them what they needed the writing utensil for
That was exactly what they were looking for
They don't look at it as selling products, but selling solutions (because just selling a product, results in a return)

Quick and simple and very informative overall great experience and would definitely reccomend went in for 1 thing ended up with another. Just goes to show staples has a pretty good interview process overall

The first interview was on the phone, it was pleasant. The second in person interview was simple with the General manager who asked me a basic question on how i would sell an item to a customer, essentially we did a role play.
