Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.

Interview
The interview process was simple (only takes one day and one interview with 2 managers), I answered a few simple questions like "Why do you want to work here", "Describe your previous jobs" and "What are your goals for the future" etc.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels
