I was contacted on LinkedIn and then schedule for a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter. Started off telling me about company, why the position was open, and then about the pay. She ended with 3 behavioral questions.

He was informed of ahead time that I lacked experience because I'm currently a senior in undergraduate, but he consistently kept mentioning it. In addition, Interviewer kept interrupting me. The interview only lasted for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

First and second interviews are not too extensive but ask you questions about why you want to go into sales. Both of my interviews were over zoom and I felt like I connected well with both people. Must do research beforehand because they will ask what you know about staples

Pretty good met with sales manager and spoke about my resume. He asked about my sales experience and my schooling activities. We did a few mock sales situations to see how I would react.
