Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.

Applied for the job and received a phone call in 2 days. Was asked to come in for a personal interview the following morning. I came in early and talked with other soon to be co-workers. Once the manager was ready we had a friendly interview. He showed me around the store and introduced me with employees that I soon worked very close with. After the interview he called me the next day and offered me the position. I accepted and started in January 2011.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels
