Applied for the role through campus portal. Received an email from the HR to schedule a phone interview. On the scheduled time, I never received a call. I waited for almost an hour and then sent an email to reschedule. Never got a response. It was such an unprofessional behavior from a company I thought was a great place to work in. Employers must realize that time is precious for everyone and it must be respected. Even if they didn't wish to proceed, a brief response would have been professional. The sad part about such incidents is that since it's between the HR and applicant, company won't even get to know of an issue like this and the HR would never be held responsible.
