My district manager liked my sales numbers and offered me the job. That's it. I had prior experience and education. I was already working part time with the company and had proven myself to my superiors. Everyone knew I was ready for the job.

a panel to start, then 2 phone interviews, had to have a journal with things you saw wright and things you saw wrong, once that was done the phone interview was about 45 min and had one follow to say the wanted to go forward and they mad there offer

Very basic interview. Normal, what are your strength and weaknesses, How do you feel you can contribute to the company etc.. Interview is obviously dependent on the position applied for, however, I do not feel as if the interview process is up to par to hire quality employees.
