I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Staples (Framingham, MA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Phone interview was smooth and informative. It felt like a real conversation instead of a superficial interview. Be prepared to talk about yourself and what you want out of the position. I am waiting on a decision but was encouraged to ask questions after the interview was over via email. I plan to develop a thank you note and as passionate as I am for the company I am confident that I will get an offer.

Interview
Applied through college/university by applying to interview with Staples at a career fair. No technical questions, just mainly a review of my resume and a casual conversation about the company with the interviewer. After this brief 30-minute, in-person interview, I received an offer about a week later. Overall easy interview process and would highly recommend.
