A phone interview with a recruiting manager, then an interview with the hiring manager. During the interview the basic questions were asked and then we had to give a presentation of promotional products. The whole experience was fairly easy and straightforward.

It was a four panel interview with a lot of questions from all 4 managers. It was a little overwhelming having that many managers asking interview questions at once. They were all very kind and helpful.
