Staples Sales Associate Cashier interview questions

I applied in the winter of 2013 for several jobs. I was contacted in the late fall by Staples and showed up for an interview. The interview went well, manager was very friendly, but was just recently hired and was very disorganized. Questions were general and about job experience, preferred positions, hours, etc. There were no "difficult" interview questions as I had expected (personality questions, things like that). Received no contact after the interview.

I was called about a week after I submitted the application and was asked to come in for an interview that day. I sat with the manager and team supervisor to discuss the expectations of the job. They then went through basic interview questions and offered the job.
