Receive a phone call if selected, or alternatively call the store/ walk in one day, and ask to speak to the manager about your application after about a week of applying and they usually schedule an interview right then.
Interview in the cafe for 45-1 hour or longer with the manager , they ask you if you would like a drink, you have them make you a drink, then you sit down and its simple interview questions, use the star method to answer. They tell you the salary and then may offer you the job on the spot.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly value your thoughts and are glad to hear you had a positive experience with the interview process at Starbucks!
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
